Mô tả công việc

'- Check payment requests and supporting documents to ensure compliance with Company policy and tax/legal requirements.
- Daily work with bank and purchase section to arrange payment on time.
- Record the payment transaction following VAS.
- Maintain and reconcile the prepayment and accrual account following VAS.
- Prepare Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) declaration and ensure on-time submission.
- Prepare reports to Industrial Park authority, Statistical Dept, State bank, ...

Yêu cầu công việc

***Knowledge requirement/Trình độ yêu cầu:
-Graduated from the university major in Accounting, Finance
-Understanding of VAS
-Understanding of CIT and FCT regulations

***Skills requirement/Kỹ năng yêu cầu:
-Familar with bank and procurement transactions
-Being familiar with accounting software (Experience with SAP is preferable)
-Being familiar with popular office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication in English is preferred

***Attitude requirement/Thái độ yêu cầu:
-Hard working, prudent
-Due care and detail
-Honest, cooperative

* Working place/ Nơi làm việc:

(Far from centre of Ha Noi about 35Km, it takes about 50 minutes by bus/ Cách trung tâm Hà Nội khoảng 35 Km, khoảng 50 phút đi bằng xe bus)

- Working time/ Thời gian làm việc: Admin hours/ Làm việc theo giờ hành chính.
Day off : Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month, Public holidays,
Ngày nghỉ: Chủ nhật hằng tuần và 2 ngày thứ Bảy cách tuần/ tháng, các ngày Lễ, Tết theo Luật lao động.
- Means of Transportation: Shuttle bus for Ha Noi - TICV - Ha Noi route.
Phương tiện đi lại: Công ty có xe đưa đón nhân viên từ Hà Nội và các địa điểm lân cận phù hợp với tuyến đường đi từ Hà Nội đến Công ty và ngược lại.
* Salary and Benefit/ Lương và phúc lợi:
- Competitive salary/ Mức lương cạnh tranh
- Salary increase: Two times per year.(Jan /Base up& Apr/performance appraisal)
Chế độ tăng lương: 2 lần/ năm (tăng lương cơ bản vào 01/1 và tăng lương theo kết quả đánh giá lao động vào 01/4 hằng năm
- Bonus: Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance of previous year and 13th month bonus.
Chế độ thưởng: thưởng tháng lương 13 và thưởng theo kết quả đánh giá lao động dựa trên kết quả kinh doanh của Công ty
- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Yearly health check.
Phúc lợi xã hội: người lao động được hưởng các chế độ phúc lợi theo quy định của Bộ luật Lao động như: BHXH,BHYT, BHTN, khám sức khỏe định kỳ
- Other regimes: Follow the Labor Code and company’s other regulations.
