Perform analysis of customer business processes and requirements to evaluate, estimate and propose solution architect.
Prepare and demonstrate proposal to customer
Verify and validate solution implementation
- Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce end-to-end specifications and documentation
- Propose solution to integrate with other system
- Mentor and coach other techies on state of art technology
- Lead technical team in research and apply new technology
- Provide technical advisory and consultancy to customer
- Apply new technology, procedures to automate and optimize process
- Support recruitment activities

Yêu cầu công việc

- 8+ years working with Java application (web and desktop application)
- Expert in more than one web application frameworks and platforms such as Spring / Spring MVC / Struts2, EJB3 / MDB, Web Services (JAX-WS / JAX-RS), Hibernate / JPA, Message Queue / JMS
Strong experience with OOP, DI/IoC, SOLID principles, Design Patterns and software development best practices.
- Good knowledge in performance optimization and security for web application
- Prefer for additional skills:
+ Cloud based development
+ CMS system such as CQ5, Liferay Portal
+ NoSQL databases
+ Enterprise integration (Message Queue, Spring Integration) or SOA (Oracle SOA, WSO2, Apache Mule)
+ Build script with Maven or Ant
- Excellent presentation and consultancy skill
- Strong coaching and mentoring skill
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
