o Develop, implement, and maintain security strategies for systems.
o Manage and monitor network systems to ensure the safety and availability of the network.
o Assess cybersecurity risks and provide appropriate security solutions.
o Conduct security assessments and evaluate results to identify security vulnerabilities and provide remediation solutions.
o Build and implement security procedures / IT policies to comply with client security requirements or international security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
o Monitor security, detect abnormal activities or attacks, and provide mitigation measures.
o Update and upgrade security and network systems to ensure continuous security and performance.
o Provide guidance and training to users and teams on security and network issues.
o Liaise with vendors/suppliers (to deliver and resolve projects/infrastructure problems).
o Ensure that all Infrastructure system and operating documentation is maintained including administration and management manuals and standard operating procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

o Education: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science or related major
o Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in IT Security/ Infrastructure
o Experience in network administration, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and other network protocols and services.
o Experience with cloud-based solutions, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
o Experience working with information security technologies such as encryption, digital signatures, etc.
o Experience in Database Management is a plus.
Knowledge:
o Knowledge of international security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
o Knowledge of network, hardware, software, and service-related technologies.
o Deep knowledge of security methods and appropriate security solutions for IT systems.
o Professional certification in Network Systems and Security area is a plus.
Required skills:
o Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
o Clear, effective verbal and written communication (Vietnamese/ English).
o Good in time management.
o Good communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team.
o Ability to work within a multi-functional, disciplined team environment with strong influence and management skills.
