Mô tả công việc

1. Manage and enforce IT policies, procedures & processes throughout the company.
2. Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Email, antivirus, and Backup.
3. Manage Telephone, Camera, Printer and Access Control systems.
4. Manage ERP, Domain Controller, Redmine, Internal source code, and File sharing related servers.
5. Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of Switches Layer 2, Layer 3, Wifi Controller, Router CiscoSwitch Layer 2, Layer 3, Wifi Controller, Router Cisco installation/ maintenance/ troubleshooting.
6. Storage, Window OS, and SQL Database backup and recovery.
7. Ensure all PCs working in good condition and follow Toshiba Corporation security requirements.
8. Support users in troubleshooting all issues related to IT.
9. Support to implementation of expanding Bravo Software ( Set up test environment, Support User Trial (Business flow and Operations), Test system support, Rule and Operation, Feedback trial results and Set up Live environment, Review and Get approval to go live)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Year of Experiences: ≥ 01 years' experience
- Graduated: Graduated from a regular university, Faculty of Information Technology
- Sex: Male
- Age: From 23 years old to 26 years old
- Professional skill: Hardware / Networking
- Foreign languages: Good english commmunication
- Comunication skill: Positive teamwork
- Having desire to work for a long time
- Prioritize candidates staying near Thang Long Industrial Park

- Other requirements :
1. Have knowledge and good experience in Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS
2. Have capacity of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, antivirus, Office 365 email, IP phone, Camera system, website.
3. Have capacity of troubleshooting and resolve issues in client (Windows 10).
4. Have knowledge and experience in managing backup system on windows, antivirus, security.
5. Positive Team work.
6. Hard work.
7. Able to work independently.
