Mô tả công việc

We are now opening for 2 Buyer positon for fresh graduate student.

- To assist in procuring a variety of equipment and materials for projects and/or for the company use.
- Purchasing materials for drilling operation
- Follow up PO delivery – PO Expediting
- Collect Customs declaration/DO/ invoice from Logistics team / Vung Tau Shore base/ supplier and attach to payment request docs.
- Prepare payment request from & complete payment request docs send to Accounting department for processing.
- Follow up with payment progress and advice supplier if requested.
- Provide supporting doc to / assist accounting department to ensure payment done in time as agreed with supplier.
- Go on the oversea business trip when required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
- No experience required, fresh graduated student.
- TOEIC score: 650 or equivalent level (good at four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing).
