Mô tả công việc

- In charge for overall operation: company ‘’s processes/SOPs, coordination with functional departments to update information/regulation/process or resolve issues affecting sales & marketing administration, or any relevant projects and inform/implement to the team.

- Together with the admin team, cooperate with sales & marketing, Customer Service for planning, implementation, and consolidated reports of sales & marketing programs/activities, events, sales meetings, hospital tenders, shipment release, stock for sales, stock transfer, sales order processing, applying for trade promotion, merchandising, service activities & reports.

Attending events and activation programs when needed.

- Prepare required SFE, sales reports & sales analysis and relevant clients/businesses when being required. Calculate incentive for the sales team.

- Follow up with sales team, admin support for the implementation of SFE: customer data, do segmentation & targeting, call plan, report tracking,

- Follow up A&P expenses of the team and relevant clients, to be spent vs. budget, accrue and monitor expenses report.

- Lead and support admin team and propose internal processes in order to deliver good performance to contribute to the business success of clients & team.

- Assist Business Line/ Sales Managers/ Product Manager in planning & execution of activities & projects. Assist Business Line in administrative works.

- Other Administration assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Functional skills and knowledge

· Demonstrate strong administrative, organizing skills and analytical skill.

· Proven knowledge and experience in sales/admin support/operations

· Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools in excel (a must) and PowerPoint

· Demonstrate fluency in local language and fairly in English, both written and spoken

Soft skills

· Good communication, high service mind/ cooperation, EQ

· Leadership: prefer to candidate who has experience in leading people or doing coordination work.


· Certificate/diploma in business administration, or equivalent

Work experience

· Up to 3 years experience in a similar role
