Purpose of Job (Reason Job exists) :

 Ensure the quality of human resource, develop capacity in order to increase productivity in the future, as well as strengthen problem solving ability, and improve employees’ attitude, build culture in HSV.
Key Accountabilities :
 Manage and orient training strategy company Training, give goals for training development - TNA, Training Plan, Training Tracking Updating, Training Result Report, etc.
 Manage and develop activities of training center - build tasks, functions, policies; build and manage human development program in company.
 Manage human in HRD - coordinating activities, training, orientating for Job Leader/Job member in department to ensure reaching the best result, ensure and enhance the quality of internal trainers.
 Coordinate the program of Leadership Development
 Organize and manage events, company culture; mage and give ideas for HSV images advertise filmmaking of HSV.
 Chief editor of Hwaseung News

 Man hours
 The average hours of training/position
 Training cost
 The rate of internal trainers
 The quality of internal trainers
 Effective after training

Qualifications/Experience Required (Academic qualification, functional experience):
 Education
- University graduate
 Job Experience
- 7 years related to training
 Skill & Knowledge
- Knowledge & experience with management, organization and training
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Team working skills meticulously careful
